What should I expect when working with you as my doula?
During our prenatal sessions, using mindfulness techniques and physical and emotional releases, mamas will be able to connect to their bodies and their babies in a way they may not have known was possible before. I invite pregnant and postpartum women to embrace their intuitive wisdom and relax into the natural intelligence within their body, heart, mind and spirit. I believe everyone holds their own truth, and this method will help you to create an experience that is reflective of your own true nature.
I offer a grounded and holistic viewpoint towards bringing babies into this earthly plane and fully support radical honesty about birthing and postpartum transitions. Not one to not shy away from the opportunity for the absolute transformation that is inherent in childbirth, I am here to be a companion to you as you follow your own path and find your own right conclusions.

Birth Doula
Your investment in doula services includes:
- Two prenatal visits where we will discuss your desires for your birth experience and create your own birth vision
- Identifying your support needs and creating a plan
- Partner support and suggestions
- Text and email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum – phone and video calls available when needed
- 24h on call availability during your due date range of 3-4 weeks
- Continuous labor and birth support from the moment you need me with you and continuing several hours after the birth
- One post partum visit to check in, answer any questions and process your birth experience
- Back up doula coverage in case of emergencies
Additional services: Please contact me to create a special package tailored to your needs. Many families choose to add in more prenatal sessions, or extra postpartum visits, an extra education session, or a holistic healing session into your package!
Birth Doula Base Package Investment: $1250
Post Partum Doula
Once your baby is born, you may find yourself looking for extra care and support. As a postpartum doula, the following services can be provided in your home. Your investment in postpartum services includes the following, but is not limited to:
- Education on postpartum issues
- Evidence based guidance on parenting and newborn care
- Assistance with infant care
- Infant feeding education
- Breastfeeding assistance and support
- Emotional support and nurturing for the new mother and family, including birth processing
- Sibling care and family dynamic integration
- Help with emotional and physical postpartum recovery after birth
- Light meal prep or meal planning
- Light housekeeping
- Referrals when needed
- Night time care and assistance
Postpartum services can be a stand alone service, or added on to your birth doula package. Ask me about working out a custom package that’s right for your family! Hours can be used any time you need them most. The first week after birth, or when you come home from the hospital is a common time to want the help of an experienced set of hands. Please note, there will be an extra travel fee for clients over 1h travel distance from me.
Post Partum Services Investment: $30 per hour
Holistic Healing Session
Do you have a past birth experience you would like some assistance to unravel? Are there any unwanted emotions you feel are blocking you from your full potential as a new parent? A holistic healing session with an emotional processing doula may be just what you need!
Pregnancy and childbirth can be a profound opportunity for transformational healing. It can also leave a lasting imprint, good or bad. A healing session with me will be tailored to you and your unique circumstances with special focus being given to your pregnancy, birth, or other related experience you would like to process.
Birth processing healing session investment includes:
- Session lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, either virtually online, or in person, wherever you are comfortable.
- An in depth look into current issues or themes that are playing out in your life right now, as we tap into your own wisdom on the themes that are coming up.
- My undivided attention while you share your story and we process together to bring back balance within your mind, body and spirit.
- I believe in whole body healing. In a session we will use a wide variety of healing modalities including meditations, reiki, meridian tapping, D-Codes, releasing cords and contracts, akashic work, as well as physical health coaching and recommendations.
- Follow up plan and suggestions for moving forward in your life.
Holistic birth processing session investment: $127
