Doula Services

I offer many prenatal options for new families, as well as postpartum and new baby services. Please contact me to schedule your free consultation where we can go over any questions or concerns you may have!

As a pregnancy and birth Doula I provide emotional support, physical comfort measures, and an objective viewpoint. I also assist families with obtaining the information they need to make empowered decisions throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. My goal as a postpartum Doula is to be of service to you providing emotional, physical and educational support in the first weeks or months of your transition, nurturing you as you nurture your baby.

Birth Doula Basic Package  

* 2 Prenatal visits * Identification of your support needs * Meeting with your care provider if desired * Unlimited phone consultations continually throughout pregnancy and postpartum * 24 hour on-call availability during your due date range (3-4 weeks) * Continuous birth support * 1 Postpartum visit * Back-up doula in case of emergencies * Ongoing support as needed and extensive referral services

Cost: $550

Birth Doula + Postpartum Care

Offering everything in my Basic Doula Package along with 10 hours Postpartum Care; to be used whenever you would like.

Cost: $695

Postpartum Doula 

​Cost: $20 per hour for Postpartum Care        Quantity hours Discount: $180  for 10 hours

Birth Doula Client Discount:   $16 per hour

Ask me about working out a custom package that’s right for your family! Hours can be used any time you need them most. The first week after birth, or when you come home from the hospital is a common time to want the help of an experienced set of hands.  Example of first week 10 hour (total) shift: three, 3 hour visits + 1 hour home evaluation.

Payments

Payments can be made by cash, personal check, or credit card payments through PayPal. In most cases payment is due by week 38 of your pregnancy, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in our contract.
